# Adverse Reactions & Medication Errors

If a service user experiences an adverse reaction after a medication has been administered, you are able to log this against the specific administration event. The same for if a medication error also needs to be recorded. 

Click on the green cell for the specific Round/Medication.

Here you will see the details recorded for that administration and the ability to log an Adverse Reaction or Medication Error.
