Activity Log

The activity log report will give you a history of all the actions carried out within HxCare for your care home. It will show you when details changed and when certain actions were carried out.

HxCare records the detail of every action that takes place in the system, but it only records the information that you put into it. If during an audit, or an investigation after an incident, you need more detail, you can request a more detailed report from Positive Solutions Limited via the support portal should you need it, as it's not always possible to display all the data in the activity log.
