Cycle Date Setup

The cycle start date is one of the most important settings to get right, as this will drive the operation of HxCare in the home. You must ensure that this date is correct.

• A cycle is 28 days
• Once the date is set, and the cycle has started, the cycle date cannot be changed. Changing the cycle start date is not something that will be possible to do through HxCare.

If you have set the cycle date, but it has not yet started, you will be able to update it within HxCare.

You will be asked to confirm the date when you set it, highlighting the importance of getting this correct and to reiterate it cannot be changed once set and started.

You can access the Cycle Date if you are a Care Manager from the Settings Menu by clicking on the settings drop down arrow, and selecting cycle date.
