PMR Integration

HxCare is built to integrate with a PMR if you need it to. Currently the only PMR that has an integration is Analyst PMR which is another of the products Positive Solutions Limited offers. In the future, other PMR integrations will be created, and will all operate in a similar way.

With a PMR integration, the amount of manual entry in HxCare is greatly reduced. However, as HxCare is not a a tool to make clinical decisions, any information that gets passed into HxCare from a PMR will need to be checked before the information is released to the care home.

This is done through a simple matching process. If the details on the order that the care home has made are the same as what comes from the PMR, then the checking is straightforward. If there are any differences then these will be flagged up and you will have the opportunity to update the information in HxCare or go back to your PMR and make any changes before sending the data across to HxCare again.

This process adds the required safety net but also means you will get fewer queries from the care home about the orders.
