Completing a Round

When all the administrations for a round have been completed, either with a successful administration or a non-administration, HxCare will complete the round for you.

You will see that the round is then marked as complete.

If a round has not been completed with all administrations accounted for, the round cannot be completed. The round will be available to continue if you or another user is able to do so. An example of when this could happen is if a service user is sleeping when the round is carried out and then wakes up soon after.

It is very important that when you are carrying out a round, you either pause a round if you do need to hand it over to somebody else, or you make sure that all the administrations are carried out, otherwise you will have a round owned you, open in the system and other members of staff won't be able to complete it.
