Generate a MAR Chart

If a service user is leaving the care home for a period of time and they are taking medications with them, you can generate MAR charts to print to record the administrations against. Depending on the length of time they will be out of the care home, you may need to create more than one. 

From the service users profile, select Generate Chart.

You can select different charts to generate depending on the medication needed, and you can scroll to the next cycle to create more charts. These could then be printed or emailed to a family member for them to print, for example.
